Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Jewellery items must be returned unworn and sealed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care items.
  • Customized or clearance products.

Return Process

  • Contact us via WhatsApp or phone call at +971 50 729 2183 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  • Mention your order number and reason for return.
  • We will arrange a pickup or advise the return method.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items
