Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Jewellery items must be returned unworn and sealed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used personal care items.
- Customized or clearance products.
Return Process
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone call at +971 50 729 2183 within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Mention your order number and reason for return.
- We will arrange a pickup or advise the return method.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at +971 50 729 2183. We will arrange a free return or replacement at no extra cost.
